Events/Partys
✦ Gatherings larger than the listing capacity are strictly prohibited.
✦ Will result in loss of deposit and possible eviction.

Pool:
✦ The pool on this property has a solar cover but is not heated.
✦ The Lake and Pool are not fenced in so please take care with little ones.

Lake:
✦ Fishing is allowed on the lake. Bring your poles.
✦ Swimming is not allowed on the lake.
✦ There is no boat at the property.

Noise:
✦ No loud music or parties after 9pm.
✦ Home is on the water so be considerate of neighbors along the lake. Noise travels easily.

Pets:
✦ Maximum of 2 house-trained dogs under 75 lbs are acceptable on owner approval.
✦ No Cats
✦ Pet Fee is $150 per pet and month/visit.
✦ Destructive pets are not allowed.
✦ Pets must be placed outside or in a kennel when away from home.
✦ Pickup after pets before checking out.
✦ Damage, dirt, or feces left behind by pets will result in an extra fee.

Smoking:
✦ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the home.
✦ Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to deep clean the home.

Youngsters:
✦ The home has a pool and is on the water with no fence.
✦ Please be sure to watch young ones closely.

Furniture:
✦ Guests are not allowed to move any inside furniture.
✦ Please return patio furniture, heaters, bbq etc. to starting location before leaving.
✦ 1 propane tank per fixture (bbq, heater, etc.) per stay. Guest to get further refills.

Guest Age:
✦ Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book the property.
✦ The person booking the home will be responsible for any damages.
✦ The person booking the home is responsible for children under 21 and their actions.
