✦ Gatherings larger than the listing capacity are strictly prohibited.
✦ Will result in loss of deposit and possible eviction.
Pool:
✦ Pool is not fenced please be mindful of little ones.
✦ The pool can be heated in the winter months for $75/day. Entire stay only.
Noise:
✦ No loud music or parties after 9pm.
✦ Be considerate of neighbors. Noise travels easily.
Pets:
✦ There are no pets allowed on the property.
Smoking:
✦ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the home.
✦ Any evidence of smoking will result in loss of deposit for deep cleaning the home.
Furniture:
✦ Guests are not allowed to move any inside furniture.
✦ Please return patio furniture, heaters, bbq etc. to starting location before leaving.
✦ 1 propane tank per fixture (bbq, heater, etc.) per stay. Guest to get further refills.
Guest Age:
✦ Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book the property.
✦ The person booking the home will be responsible for any damages.
✦ The person booking the home is responsible for children under 21 and their actions.
