Smoking:
✦ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the home.
✦ Any evidence of smoking will result in loss of deposit for deep cleaning the home.
Furniture:
✦ Guests are not allowed to move any inside furniture.
✦ Please return patio furniture to starting location before leaving.
